She began their social media marketing back when Business Facebook Pages weren’t even a “thing”. She has since grown this local company’s social media to become THE standard within the industry.
Bernadette’s work was recognized by the industry when we were asked to be on a panel with Mark Zuckerberg sister, Randy Zuckerberg who was a Former Director of Market Development and Spokeswoman for Facebook. This validated her understanding of social media because she influenced an entire industry room of business professionals on how to manage accounts, the importance of analytics, online customer psychology, and how to create content that connects with the user. After working for Christensen & Rafferty for 6 years she still manages their accounts as a contractor.
